- Prices shown on each plan or stamp-pack purchase page include consumption tax. Examples: 1-month plan ¥3,300; 3-month plan ¥8,800; 12-month plan ¥29,800; 50 stamps ¥1,650; 200 stamps ¥5,500; 1,000 stamps ¥22,000.
- Additional charges
- Internet connection and communication charges are borne by the customer.
- Payment method
- Credit card through Stripe.
- Payment timing
- Payment is charged immediately on completion of the purchase procedure.
- Service availability
- The purchase is reflected in the merchant account immediately after payment is completed.
- Refunds and cancellations
- Due to the nature of the service, refunds and cancellations are not accepted after payment is completed. This does not apply if the service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to us. Unused stamp credits and remaining plan periods are not refunded.
